Guide & driver verification
Guides are interviewed, licensed and re-checked each season. Drivers are vetted, medically fit-checked, and work regulated hours on mountain routes. We publish guide names in your itinerary before you fly, so you know exactly who meets you.
Insurance & risk acknowledgement
We provide written risk briefings for every trek and high altitude route, require travel insurance with evacuation cover for mountain itineraries, and carry satellite communication and emergency evacuation plans on remote routes.
Environmental & cultural respect
Carry in, carry out waste policy on all treks, small groups in fragile valleys, and Kalash valley visits conducted on community terms, with photography etiquette included in your briefing.
